How will I receive my digital printables?
Your files will be delivered electronically within moments of your order and payment. Simply click on the button that appears to access and download your content.
After checkout, you will receive an email with a link to download your files.
How do I print my digital printables?
Once downloaded, you can print your digital files on a home printer, take them to a print shop, or upload them to an online printing service.
Please note that colors in the designs may look different depending on the screens and printers you're using.
Can I use your digital planners and trackers in programs like GoodNotes?
Yes! Our PDF files can be imported into the most popular digital planning apps, such as GoodNotes, Notability, and Noteshelf. If you use an app that can import PDF files, then we've got you covered!
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Be sure to check your mailbox's spam or junk folder, just in case it's hiding from you.

Can I change, cancel, or return my order?
Sorry, no. Because you receive our products instantly, we have a zero-refund policy, and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, order changes, or cancellations. Please read our product descriptions carefully and if you have any questions, reach out before ordering.
